This architecturally designed home has many beautiful features. With the large balcony overlooking the landscape bringing the outside in, with a generous outdoor entertaining. The home features floor heating and internal thermal mass wall to assist with energy efficiency. This was key for the clients home and their design brief. So its always cool in summer and warm in winter.
