Site Supervisor

Contemp Homes are a custom home specialist builder, who have been building in the Albury Wodonga region for 30 years.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our residential construction team.  In this role you will deliver high quality homes, managing all stages of the construction process, as well as effectively supervising on-site resources and providing outstanding communication to clients and colleagues.

 

Your daily role will exist of:

• Supervising all construction works and onsite WH&S Compliance 

• Ensuring the quality of all construction work is completed to company standards

• Supervising contractors, trades people and suppliers on site

• Meeting construction and site-based targets

• Effectively communicating with the internal and external teams, ability to collaborate and work as part of the team. 

      

To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate:

• Experience in site supervision and carpentry qualifications as a minimum 

     * white card 

• Time management and organisational skills

• Great people and relationship skills

• Detailed knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and standards and tolerances

• Knowledge of current QA and WH&S standards

• Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques and methods

• Problem-solving skills and solution minded

• Desire to deliver high quality work

• Competent in Microsoft Office and Excel, Experience with Procore building program would be beneficial 

• Candidates residing in the Albury/Wodonga region are preferred
