Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and oversee a wide variety of construction projects from beginning to end.

Requirements:

Previous experience in project management in the building industry

Carpentry qualification would be a bonus

Estimating experience would also be favourably considered

High level of administrative skills and contracts admin

Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate with inside and on-site team

Excellent communication skills with clients, architects, contractors, suppliers

Ability to deliver projects to budget and on time

Efficient computer skills, Microsoft Office and Excel, experience in other programs such as Procore and Build Soft would be a benefit
