Our Process.

1. Initial Consultation

We explore your unique ideas, lifestyle, design and budget for your home.

Our experienced team from builder to project manager and architect, are there to guide your through the process of custom designing your home.

We'll go over your budget, time frame for build and an inspection of your site to ensure we have a clear understanding of your build and budget expectations.

2. Designing Your Plan

This step we go over your ideas, needs and desires for your home.

 

  • Initial first Concept and Budget guideline free of charge

  • To prepare concepts, detailed specification and product selections for quotation a nominal fee will incur based on size of project.

 

* NOTE Any 'Living Range' off the plan floorplans utilised are free

 

* Once all changes are made and approved we proceed to stage 3

3. Quotation

Once you have approved and are happy with your desired concept, further development of the plans and specifications are prepared for accurate costing. We prepare the architectural drawings and documentation (Fees required depending on the size of the project).

The plans are then sent out to subcontractors and suppliers for accurate costings

4. Sign Contracts

Upon final approval of the quotation and all design changes, documentation and contracts are prepared.

  • Contracts to be signed by both builder and client

  • Builder provides HOW insurance

  • Pay deposit 5% of contract

  • Finalise and submit all documents for permits

 (*NB – Please note any changes to the plans or specifications in this stage will incur a fee for administration)
