Initial Consultation

This is our Initial consultation with you about your dream home.

Where we explore your unique ideas, lifestyle, design and budget for your home.

Our experienced team from builder to project manager and architect, are there to guide your through the process of custom designing your home.

We'll go over your budget, time frame for build and an inspection of your site to ensure we have a clear understanding of your build and budget expectations.

Designing Your Plan

In the design process we work with you to hear your unique ideas, needs and desires for your home. Our architect will complete concepts designs for free. We then submit these concepts to you for review and make any changes if required.

Once changes are made and you approve the revised concepts, we proceed to determine inclusions level.

Our mission in this step is to design the home that is suited to your lifestyle and your budget.

approx. 2 weeks

Quotation

Once you have approved and are happy with your desired concept, further development of the plans and specifications are prepared for accurate costing. We prepare the architectural drawings and documentation for free.

The plans are then sent out to subcontractors and suppliers for accurate costings.

Remember all of these steps are no obligation required! We want to showcase what we can do for you and make your home building journey a stress free enjoyable experience.

approx. 2 weeks

Sign Contracts

Upon final approval of the quotation and all design changes, documentation and contracts are prepared.

  • Contracts to be signed by both builder and client

  • Builder provides HOW insurance

  • Pay deposit 5% of contract

  • Finalise and submit all documents for permits

 (*NB – Please note any changes to the plans or specifications in this stage will incur a fee for administration)

Ready To Build

Now it's time to commence Construction of your Dream Home!

Our designated project manager and site supervisor will be appointed to help you throughout the entire building process until completion of your dream home.

We schedule on-site meetings with you as required to ensure you are in the loop for the entire process.

*Step 4 can sometimes be between 4 - 6 weeks (subject to planning permits)
